Lord Victor Adebowale CBE – Chair
Victor is a non-Executive Director of the Co-Operative Group, Collaborate CIC, Nuffield Health, Visionable and Leadership in Mind. He is also Chair of Social Enterprise UK and the NHS Confederation.
Will Nixon BEM - Treasurer
Will Nixon was made Treasurer in 2020 and Chairs our Finance and Business Committee. Will has extensive experience within the social housing and education, training and employment sectors as well as the broader regeneration of communities.

Peter Holbrook is Chief Executive of Social Enterprise UK.

Jo Pritchard OBE
In 2006 Jo was instrumental in establishing the first social enterprise to come out of the NHS in England, leading CSH Surrey for eleven years and tripling its size.
Karin Sode
Karin is an experienced entrepreneur, senior business leader and management consultant. She founded and grew a social enterprise from start up to a turnover of £500m+, and is director of a CIC planning to invest in community-owned, renewable energy projects.
