The Impact Management Programme aims to build the capacity of charities and social enterprises to manage their impact. This will help you increase your social impact and diversify your income.
Please join us in Birmingham to learn more about this exciting new programme which will be co-designed by the sector to ensure it is user-friendly and reflects your needs. It includes training, grant-funding, peer support and expert advice.What is Impact Management? “An organisation’s ability to quantify, report on, increase and ‘get paid for’ their impact. It means integrating impact reporting into strategy and performance management and regularly analysing and responding to impact data—using it to change and improve programmes and services.”Who should attend? To participate you must be a charity, social enterprises or community business already established and working in England and be committed to understanding and improving your social impact.
