London - September 2012
Under the OAP, Social Enterprise UK delivered another "Enterprising Future" event at London social enterprise Lift Islington
Matt Stevenson-Dodd from StreetLeague, Kathy Evans from Children England, and Peter Holbrook for Social Enterprise UK opened the day, followed by practical workshops and one-to-one business support session.

Birmingham - February 2012
Under the OAP, Social Enterprise UK delivered another "Enterprising Future" event in association with Social Enterprise West Midlands, at Birmingham social enterprise Enta CIC, on Tuesday 28th February 2012.
The day included social enterprise inspiration, with Craig Carey from SEUK, Melanie Mills from SEWM, and Karen Lowthrop from Hill Holt Wood speaking about examples from the sector, practical workshops, as well as the opportunity for organisations to sit down for a one-to-one session with a specialist social enterprise business advisor.

Social Enterprise UK and Community Matters hosted the first of these events in London in November 2011, bringing together a myriad of social enterprise start-ups and VCO organisations in the CYP sector looking to move to a social enterprise model.
The day began with a number of inspirational talks from CYP sector leaders including June O'Sullivan, London Early Years Foundation, and Debbie Stephens, Fun 4 Kidz.
