Think Big with O2

In partnership with the National Youth Agency and UK Youth, O2 has launched its Think Big social actionprogramme to support young people in the UK. It’s designed to empower young people (aged between 13 and 25) who want to make positive changes to their communities.
Through funding, training and development, O2 help turn their ideas into reality. Each young person on the scheme benefits from an online mentoring system staffed by O2 volunteers and youth charity partners. Think Big helps build a young person’s confidence and life skills and supports their transition into further education or the workplace.
In addition, O2 offers young people involved in Think Big the opportunity to apply for an O2 apprenticeship.

In this short video Simon Devonshire from O2 talks about social enterprise
Our business is all about connectivity, it’s what we’re good at and with our technology and support, we play our part in helping social enterprises connect to the things that matter most.
We’re delighted to support Social Enterprise UK and we’re a proud supporter of the Guardian’s Social Enterprise Directory and On Purpose.
This is what we're about. We do everything possible to help businesses stay connected and help them run in a smarter way.
